Excellent communication from start to finish. They were one of the few SWFL roofing companies to identify issues missed by other licensed roofers, and they provided a complete solution. The work was completed as quoted, with no excuses and no damage caused during service. Highly recommended!

Amherst Roofing went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them! I hired them to correct ridge-cap installation issues from a different contractor’s original work. The repairs were covered through my Owens Corning warranty, and Amherst was the company that came in to make things right.

Tim, the owner, personally came out to evaluate the roof and provide the quote. I worked directly with him, along with Amy and Brittany in the office, throughout the process. I really appreciated their communication and personal involvement from beginning to end.

Their attention to detail stood out. Along with repairing the ridge, they sealed around the plumbing and exhaust vents and found a roofing staple poking through that could have become another leak point. They corrected that issue as well. Those extra steps showed genuine care for my home and gave me much-needed peace of mind during Southwest Florida’s rainy season.

The crew also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. From the owner’s involvement to the office staff, the extra care on the roof, and the thorough cleanup, Amherst Roofing earned my recommendation. Thank you to Tim, Amy, Brittany, and the entire crew—I would absolutely use them again!
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! We’re glad Tim, Amy, Brittany, and our crew were able to make the process smooth and give you peace of mind with your roof repairs.

We take pride in paying attention to the details and making sure the job is done right, not just addressing the immediate issue. We truly appreciate your trust in Amherst Roofing and your recommendation. Thank you for choosing us!

Very professional and straightforward—they were very timely, with both the repair and the paperwork through their office staff, which we so appreciated as we had a short timeframe to work with! I highly recommend Amherst Roofing! I had a leak in our roof, and they came out the very same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and then provided a very professional, detailed portfolio explaining the issue and outlining our different repair options.

The entire process was handled quickly and professionally, and the repair was completed that same week. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we always felt informed about what was happening.

A special thank you to Tim and Brittany as well as the entire Amherst Roofing staff. Everyone was wonderful to work with—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous.
